This is the exclusive Dealer Entry Form and must be fully completed and submitted via the web/cnh.com (give exact instructions) A random drawing will be conducted on March 31, 2009 in Racine, WI, from among all eligible entries for five (5) prizes. One sweepstake entry per authorized and in good standing Case Construction, Case IH, New Holland Agriculture, New Holland Construction and Kobelco dealership in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia as of the date of the drawing.
