E Series Full-Size Excavator Features

THE ULTIMATE OPERATOR INTERFACE

THE ULTIMATE OPERATOR INTERFACE

The all-new 10-inch LCD display provides unprecedented access to controls, machine data and cameras. This includes the ability to display camera views while accessing machine data and controls at the same time — ensuring optimal visibility and jobsite awareness. This includes the extremely popular optional CASE Max View™ display for even greater visibility and safer operation that provides 270 degrees of visibility around the machine.

The new display allows for excellent control customization with five configurable buttons that can be set to each operator’s most used functions – including (but not limited to) fuel consumption, machine information, auxiliary hydraulics and emissions controls. The new Hydraulic Flow Control Balance, as well as the new attachment controls, are also controlled through this display.

EVEN GREATER HYDRAULIC CONTROL

Open Close

We’ve taken intelligent hydraulics to a whole new level with CASE E Series excavators. Each new excavator gives you even more control over how the machine responds and works with you through a new feature called Hydraulic Flow Control Balance.

Hydraulic Flow Control Balance allows you to customize the priority of hydraulic flow used for arm in and boom up movements, and for arm in and swinging movements. Essentially, you can throw greater priority to one movement over the other based on your digging or truck loading style. This makes the excavator even more responsive and efficient based on the type of work and operator preference.

A MORE COMPREHENSIVE OFFERING

A MORE COMPREHENSIVE OFFERING

You spoke and we listened. You wanted a workhorse that fits between two very popular industry size classes, and an even more powerful minimum-swing-radius excavator built for road and bridge construction and other civil projects.

We give you the all-new CX190E and CX365E SR excavators.

The CX190E weighs in at 41,000 pounds and operates at 121 horsepower in a conventional footprint; it features optional OEM-fit 2D & 3D machine control solutions for extreme precision and productivity.

The CX365E SR is a 205-horsepower monster with a minimum-swing-radius design that allows for working roadside and around other infrastructure in a relatively confined footprint — all for improved jobsite flow, access and comfort.

THE POWER OF FPT INDUSTRIAL ENGINE TECHNOLOGY

Open Close

The FPT Industrial engines featured in new CASE E Series excavators offer greater displacement, horsepower and torque, driving even more power and responsiveness for the operator. That increased displacement delivers overall faster and smoother response, and the increased horsepower and torque delivers even more pure power. We’re also able to extend service intervals on critical engine oil and fuel filters to 1,000 hours, helping simplify your preventive maintenance activities.

Four new work modes (SP for Super Power, P for Power, E for Eco and L for Lifting) are available in a range of up to 10 throttle settings that allow operators to dial in performance to their work, and the new Eco mode drives lower fuel consumption by as much as 18 percent compared to previous CASE excavators (results will vary).

The addition of FPT Industrial engines to the CASE lineup brings with it the manufacturer’s legacy of innovative emissions solutions that are both maintenance free and drive greater efficiency for the owner/operator. New CASE E Series excavators feature an innovative combination of diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC), selective catalytic reduction (SCR) and particulate matter catalyst technologies that further provide greater fuel efficiency, systems reliability and no lifetime after-treatment replacement or mechanical service over time. The system features 13 patents that ensure effective emissions compliance and performance in all working environments.

POWERFUL AND PRECISE ATTACHMENT OPERATION

Open Close

E Series excavators allow you to set and store numerous attachments within the massive new LCD monitor. This is available for both one-way and two-way hydraulic attachments, and gives you the ability to direct additional pump flow to the attachment during two-way operation.

This lets you set the power going to the attachment within the demands of the job and within the recommended specs of the attachment. This makes it easier for operators to get up and running on an attachment, and it ensures that the operator will not put more flow to that attachment than it can handle. This leads to optimal attachment performance, and prevents possible damage or downtime related to putting too much flow or power into the attachment.

MACHINE CONTROL PURPOSE-BUILT FOR YOU

MACHINE CONTROL PURPOSE-BUILT FOR YOU

CASE has expanded its OEM-fit 2D, 3D and semi-automatic machine control solutions from Leica Geosystems to an even broader range of models. This ensures that the optimal combination of machine and solution is installed and tested by CASE certified precision field specialists. It also simplifies the acquisition process and allows for the technology to be grouped in with the purchase of the machine — combining the financing or lease approval, rate and payment in a single package. OEM-fit machine control solutions also increase the residual/resale value of each excavator, confirming to buyers on the secondary market that the system is designed and proven to work with the machine.

COLLABORATIVE FLEET MANAGEMENT

Open Close
COLLABORATIVE FLEET MANAGEMENT

CASE E Series excavators take fleet management to an entirely new level with the inclusion of the CASE SiteConnect Module — a powerful device that improves the volume, flow and integration of data to the CASE SiteWatch telematics platform for real-time monitoring and management of maintenance and service intervals, as well as the analysis of equipment utilization and performance.

It’s also the foundation from which CASE has made the collaborative fleet management and remote diagnostics of compact equipment a reality. This enhanced connectivity allows the machine owner to share — with permission — real-time machine information with their CASE dealer and the CASE Uptime Center in Racine, Wis.

CASE achieves these remote service capabilities through the CASE SiteManager App (iOS and Android). This app pairs the operator’s phone or device to the machine to enable remote analysis by a certified CASE technician, which allows them to diagnose the health of each connected machine through various parameter readings and fault codes. The technician makes a determination as to whether the issue can be addressed remotely (such as clearing codes or updating software) or if it requires a trip to the machine.

Maintenance Free Tier 4 Final Emissions Solutions

CASE D Series excavators meet Tier 4 Final standards with a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) solution that reduces emissions, runs cooler and increases fuel efficiency - all without sacrificing power. SCR is an after treatment system with no diesel particulate filter (DPF) that allows the engine to work at peak performance without requiring regeneration — achieving no downtime related to regeneration, and no lifetime DPF maintenance.
