The sales team of our official CASE Importer and Distributor in the Philippines, Filholland, attended a sales skills and product training session delivered in Manila by regional marketing manager Danilo Catalucci in August in preparation for the Philconstruct exhibition. The course was attended by more than 15 sales representatives from different regions of the Philippines.
The product training covered the entire CASE range, with specific focus on excavators, wheel loaders, compactors and backhoe loaders, highlighting the features, benefits and most important sales points of our products. Over two days, the trainees took part to classroom presentations, tutorial guides, field tests, machine walk-arounds, advanced selling challenge simulations which were video recorded and followed by a challenge review in the classroom.
The training sessions provided excellent preparation for the Philconstruct exhibition in Manila from 10 to 13 November, in which Filholland participated. With this event, Filholland raised the profile of the CASE brand and provided its sales representatives a valuable opportunity to meet existing and prospective customers. The stand attracted much attention from the public and the sales team collected more than 200 leads.
