CASE Construction Equipment User Agreement. This CASE CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT Web site is offered to you, the user ("User"), conditioned on acceptance of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein and without modification. CASE CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT may modify the content or format of this Web site or discontinue the operation of this Web site in its sole discretion and without advance notice. Your access and use of this site constitutes acceptance of all of these terms and conditions.

Survival. If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid and enforceable provision that closely resembles the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in effect.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and CASE CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT regarding this Web site. This Agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications made in any medium of expression between the User and CASE CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT regarding this Web site.
