What is EV Care and what does it consist of?
EV Care is our unique and comprehensive support package exclusively available for the new CASE 580EV electric backhoe loader. EV Care consists of a 5-year Advanced SiteWatch™ Subscription, a 3-year/3,000-hour battery and EV components factory warranty and 3-year/3,000-hour planned maintenance.
How can I benefit from CASE EV Care?
With CASE EV Care, you’ll receive the highest level of support in the industry—which means increased uptime, lower costs, lower risk, improved life cycle costs and a closer partnership with your CASE dealer.
Is there a price associated with EV Care?
No. EV Care comes standard on all new CASE 580EV electric backhoe loaders.
Can a customer buy EV Care for other CASE EV models?
Not yet. EV Care will be included with other CASE EV models soon.
Which CASE machines get CASE EV Care?
CASE EV Care comes standard on new CASE 580EV electric backhoe loaders and will be extended to other EV models soon.
Can I extend EV Care coverage for my new CASE heavy machines?
No, but you can extend any of the three components of coverage in these three ways: 1. By purchasing additional machine protection coverage, 2. Purchasing an additional planned maintenance contract for up to 10,000 hours, and 3. Purchasing extended SiteWatch™ telematics subscriptions.
Are there additional aftermarket support programs that complement EV Care?
Yes. Additional aftermarket support programs include CASE Fluid Analysis, Reman remanufactured replacement components, SmartFit™ ground engaging tools, Gold Value heritage parts and others.
Is CASE EV Care transferable?
Yes. Servicing dealers will update your unit in CNH E-Warranty or ESS within 30 days of any change in ownership.
How do I know what maintenance is covered by EV Care planned maintenance?
CASE EV Care Planned Maintenance covers all primary maintenance intervals on applicable equipment. Your dedicated CASE dealer can provide you with full details of which service intervals and items are covered. Your CASE dealer can also further discuss the value of your planned support. Additionally, all maintenance is completed with factory trained technicians using genuine and engineering-approved CASE fluids and components, ensuring your equipment will continue to operate at peak performance levels for the life of the machine.
