CASE Construction Drives Progress at NAMPO Bothaville 2026 - Resilience Through Innovation

Resilience Through Innovation
NAMPO Bothaville 2026 once again proved why it remains one of the most influential agricultural exhibitions in the world. As the largest privately owned open-air agricultural exhibition in the Southern Hemisphere, NAMPO continues to bring together industry leaders, innovators, and customers to showcase the future of agriculture and construction.

Held under the theme "Resilience Through Innovation," this year's event attracted an impressive 81,822 visitors over four days, with a record 24,579 attendees on Wednesday alone. More than 910 exhibitors presented the latest machinery, technology, and services through live demonstrations and interactive displays, while over 650 aircraft movements highlighted the scale and significance of the event.

A Stand Designed to Engage
CASE Construction made a strong impression with a country stand designed to be open, welcoming, and interactive. The carefully planned layout encouraged visitors to explore the machines up close and engage directly with the brand and team.

Among the featured equipment were the CX220C Excavator, 570V Tractor Loader Backhoe, 885B Grader, and SR250 Skid Steer Loader. A striking Dodge Ram with a trailer-mounted skid steer attracted attention, while a unique grader display showcased the machine's impressive turning circle and manoeuvrability.

Visitors also had the opportunity to explore the CASE Signature Store, featuring premium branded apparel and merchandise that continues to strengthen the connection between customers and the CASE brand.

Beyond the main stand, CASE was prominently represented at the NMI Stand through the eye-catching "Make Some Noise" container display. Featured machines included the 621F Wheel Loader, 695V Tractor Loader Backhoe, SR200 Skid Steer Loader, and a range of attachments, demonstrating CASE's commitment to providing practical, innovative solutions for customers.

Delivering Strong Commercial Results
While brand visibility remained a key objective, NAMPO 2026 also generated significant commercial success.
Throughout the exhibition, the team captured 84 leads from both new and existing customers. Eleven high-potential opportunities were added directly to the May sales pipeline, while six machines were sold during or immediately following the event. In addition, 15 qualified leads have already progressed into the June sales pipeline, ensuring continued momentum and follow-up opportunities. These results demonstrate the effectiveness of the team's customer engagement strategy and the strong alignment between marketing and sales activities.

Marketing That Created Momentum
A comprehensive integrated marketing campaign played an important role in driving awareness before, during, and after the event. One of the campaign highlights was the Kwagga teaser initiative developed in collaboration with popular South African content creator Dian Pitout, known as "Tjekit Kwagga." The campaign generated significant anticipation and engagement, achieving more than 174,000 Instagram views and 80,000 Facebook views.

The excitement was further amplified through the refreshed "Make Some Noise – The Sound of Progress" campaign, which continued to engage audiences across digital channels and extend the impact of NAMPO well beyond the exhibition grounds.

Growing the CASE Brand Experience
The CASE Construction Signature Store continues to evolve into an important extension of the brand experience. Offering premium apparel for adults and children, the store promotes the messages "Celebrate the Legacy" and "Wear the Pride," giving customers and enthusiasts an opportunity to connect with the brand in a unique way.

Supported by brand ambassador Jenique Botha, Miss Earth South Africa 2025, the store achieved higher sales compared with the previous year, reflecting growing brand affinity and customer engagement.

Creating Experiences That Matter
A major contributor to the success of the exhibition was the team's focus on creating memorable experiences for visitors of all ages. The interactive "Find Baby Abe" activity encouraged visitors to explore the stand, while Big Abe became a popular attraction for families and photo opportunities. Live cartoon portraits offered personalised keepsakes, and the CASE Bargain Bin generated excitement while driving additional visitor engagement.

These activities transformed the stand into more than just a product display—they created meaningful moments that strengthened emotional connections with the CASE brand.

One Team, One Purpose
NAMPO 2026 demonstrated the power of collaboration, commitment, and a shared vision. The success of the event was made possible through the dedication of employees, dealers, partners, and leadership teams who worked together to deliver an exceptional customer experience. A sincere thank you goes to everyone involved for their passion, professionalism, and support Building on the success of NAMPO 2026, CASE Construction remains focused on driving innovation, strengthening customer partnerships, and delivering sustainable growth across the region.

Together, we are not just building machines—we are driving progress.
