CASE Construction Equipment and IIE Reinforce Strong Market Presence in Oman with Exclusive Customer Event and Machine Handover

MUSCAT, OMAN — International Integrated Equipment LLC (IIE), the authorized dealer for CASE Construction Equipment in the Sultanate of Oman, successfully hosted an exclusive three-day CASE Customer Meet event from May 12–14, 2026, at its premier facility in Al Mawaleh, Muscat. Strategically timed just before the onset of peak summer temperatures, the event underscored a steadfast commitment to the Omani construction and infrastructure sectors, maintaining strong operational momentum despite current regional dynamics.

The customer event served as a major platform to reassert the robust local presence of CASE and IIE, gathering industry professionals representing 38 prominent companies. Attendees, including both existing clients and competitive brand users, were given an exclusive preview of a versatile lineup of world-class CASE machinery. Featured models on display included the SR130, 570SV, 695SV, 450DX, 752EX, and 1110EX, showcasing solutions engineered for maximum durability, fuel efficiency, and productivity.

A key highlight of the event was a formal key handover ceremony led by Mr. Jayachandra Babu Vivek – Business Manager, CASE Construction. The team celebrated a milestone delivery to Gulf Island International LLC, a prominent subcontractor for ONEIC currently executing vital infrastructure developments across various Nama projects in Oman.

Transitioning from previously utilizing rented machinery, Gulf Island International chose to invest in its operational efficiency by acquiring its first CASE 570SV Backhoe Loader. Driven by a highly positive initial experience with the machine’s productivity on active job sites, the delivery sets the stage for a deepening relationship, as the contractor looks to further expand its fleet with premium compaction solutions to match growing project demands.

Our goal for this event was to send a clear message to our partners: CASE and IIE are fully present, invested, and ready to support Oman's construction industry with unwavering dedication. Seeing a valued contractor like Gulf Island International transition from rented assets to owning their first CASE machine demonstrates the trust the market places in our product reliability and our dealer's comprehensive sales, service, and parts support.

Through targeted corporate and localized engagement—complemented by dedicated technical discussions in custom hospitality areas—the three-day event generated strong commercial momentum, with multiple fleet deals projected for near-term closure.
