ADDIS ABABA, ETHIOPIA — MOENCO (The Motor & Engineering Company of Ethiopia Ltd.), the premier automotive and heavy equipment distributor with over 65 years of excellence in the nation and the official distributor for CASE Construction Equipment, successfully wrapped up its participation at the 4th edition of Big 5 Construct Ethiopia, held from April 23–25, 2026, at the Addis International Convention Centre (AICC). This marks the second consecutive year that MOENCO has represented the CASE brand at the country’s largest international construction and infrastructure event.

Building on last year’s successful market introduction, MOENCO utilized the high-profile platform to significantly elevate the visibility of the CASE brand, which represents an exciting, high-quality addition to its equipment portfolio. This year, the MOENCO stand attracted substantial traffic, drawing more than 160 industry professionals, including prominent contractors, corporate executives, technical advisors, and project managers.

A major highlight of the exhibition was the showcase of the heavy-duty CASE Crawler Excavator, a premium machine currently available in stock to meet the immediate demands of the local market. The impressive display underscored CASE Construction’s commitment to providing robust, reliable, and high-productivity solutions designed to optimize total cost of ownership and minimize job site downtime.

"Our second year at Big 5 Construct Ethiopia has been a phenomenal milestone," said a representative from the company. "Following our initial debut, this event gave us an incredible opportunity to reinforce our partnership with CASE Construction and connect deeply with the market. The high level of engagement we experienced proves that Ethiopian businesses actively value the long-term productivity, world-class engineering, and dedicated after-sales support that a premium brand like CASE delivers."

The event, which is strictly supported by key government institutions including the Ministry of Urban and Infrastructure (MUI) and the Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation (ECWC), brought together over 180 exhibitors from more than 20 countries.

Demonstrating strong commercial momentum, MOENCO registered substantial qualified visitors at its stand. Over 70% of these interactions were with active prospects from the construction and mining sectors, including company owners and CEOs. Moving forward, MOENCO will continue to promote the financial advantages of investing in premium equipment over cheaper, less-durable market alternatives.
