The first strategic dealer session for the Central Asia and Caucasus region took place on February 27-28 in Istanbul, Turkey. CASE Construction Equipment brought together dealers from the region for the first time to discuss key market trends in construction equipment in 2023 and to present plans and objectives for 2024.
The session featured a review of the dealers' achievements over the past year and outlined CASE Construction Equipment's strategic plans for the current year. Various aspects of the business were discussed, including equipment rental, sales of used equipment, marketing, after-sales service, and dealer network development.
Special attention was given to the tools and mechanisms necessary to achieve set goals, as well as business development ideas proposed by the dealers. All participants praised the event's effectiveness, highlighting the opportunity to share experiences and enjoy informal networking during dinner.
