Does your construction fleet require top-quality wheel loaders for earthmoving applications? CASE Construction is your supplier of TLB and front-end loaders in South Africa! Our range includes vehicles that are built tough to withstand the harshest environments and surfaces to ensure that the job gets done in time and efficiently. Today, we will discuss the various elements of our wheel loaders and what you can expect from these machines when acquiring one for your construction vehicle fleet.

What is a Wheel Loader?
Wheel loaders, also referred to as front-end loaders, are wheeled vehicles that feature large tyres to allow for traversing rough and uneven terrain with ease. These vehicles are intended for earthmoving purposes but can also be useful for infrastructure development and installation, quarrying, and recycling purposes. These vehicles utilise a front-mounted attachment to pick up and carry various materials – usually earth or dirt – from one end to the other. They are also available with some useful additional functions to speed up work cycles and ensure more accurate digging and earthmoving applications.

CASE Wheel Loaders
CASE wheel loaders offer best-in-class horsepower output and torque generation to give you a front-end loader that not only has the power and strength, but also the fuel efficiency to operate at manageable costs. Our front-end loaders feature 4 distinct power modes to match the specific task at hand – regulating the power generation and use to be even more efficient within an industrial work environment. Our vehicles feature stronger and faster hydraulics to deliver superior productivity and performance.

CASE Wheel Loader Features

CASE Construction’s selection of wheel loaders features an in-house engine design that utilises advanced technologies that are developed for commercial and agricultural vehicles to introduce tailored solutions for off-road and rough terrain applications. The engine that powers our wheel loaders is designed to deliver both fuel efficiency and reliability, while generating more than enough power to handle the workloads. The air intake flow of the engine is increased by adding a turbocharger that features air-to-air cooling – creating vast amounts of torque at low rpm to be as efficient as possible.

CASE wheel loaders sit on heavy-duty wheel axles that are bigger and tougher than standard axles to allow for easier servicing and maintaining – featuring a unique 3-piece housing design. The wet multiple disc brakes are manufactured from resistant sintered bronze, with one in each wheel hub for optimal braking capability. These heavy-duty wheel axles are designed to support L5 or solid tyres on these wheel loaders – allowing the vehicles to traverse abrasive terrain as well. Solid tyres can be fitted on request from your CASE dealer.

When you need a solution to reliable and top-performing wheel loaders in South Africa, CASE Construction is your first choice!
