The India Construction Connect Center (CCC) at Pithampur, Indore, was inaugurated on 9th May 2023 by Stefano Pampalone, President Construction at CNH Industrial, Shalabh Chaturvedi, India General Manager, and Satendra Tiwari, Pithampur Plant Manager. The CCC is a centralized control room for monitoring in real time the performance and state of health of connected CASE machines, enabling effective proactive support resulting in improved client satisfaction and lower total cost of ownership.
With the CCC, CASE aims to offer proactive support to dealers and customers by capturing accurate machine data, comprehending machine behavior, and supporting the development of preventative and proactive maintenance procedures. It will be a valuable tool to provide effective support to customers with a host of services, including report and review, follow-up and resolution of key Technical Alerts, and providing proactive technical support for telemetry solutions.
