Operators start at a reference point and enter the desired cut and/or slope depth. The final grade and offset from the bucket edge are displayed on the screen. This system alerts the operator visually and audibly that they have reached their desired depth.

These systems eliminate over-excavating, reduce the amount of times that an operator must get out of the cab throughout the day to make grade level checks, and are ideal for digging underwater (100 percent waterproof) or performing other blind digs as you can see the bucket position on the control panel at all times.
