CASE GOES BIG ON COMPACT AT EQUIP EXPO 2026 WITH NEW TL170 AND 121G
CASE Construction Equipment is going big on compact equipment at Equip Expo 2026, introducing two new products built to help landscape and hardscape professionals take on more: the TL170 mini track loader (MTL) and updated 121G compact wheel loader.
The two machines fill distinct roles in CASE’s growing compact equipment lineup. The TL170 mini track loader adds capability in a compact footprint, giving landscape, tree care and light construction crews a maneuverable, attachment-friendly machine for working in confined spaces. The model 121G compact wheel loader is built for material handling and year-round versatility, moving mulch, soil and aggregate during landscape and hardscape projects and transitioning to snow removal in winter. Both machines are designed to help contractors get greater utilization from their equipment across a wider range of applications and seasons.
“Our customers don’t back down from tough jobs, and we’re building a compact lineup that doesn’t either,” said Kris Dahl, VP, CNH Construction's North America Commercial business.
“With the TL170 and 121G, contractors have even more ways to match the right machine to the work, take on new opportunities and keep their businesses moving.”
CASE Builds on its Mini Track Loader Legacy with New TL170 and Electric Option
The new TL170 mini track loader builds on CASE’s established presence in the MTL category, bringing more capability and choice to contractors who need big performance in a compact footprint.
The TL100 has proven itself in the field, packing big power into a small package. As the first heavy equipment OEM to invest in a MTL lineup, CASE has deep roots in the mini track loader category, and it’s building on that experience with the next generation of its MTL lineup.
With the addition of the TL170 and the recently launched TL100EV, contractors can choose from a broader range of CASE mini track loaders to better match machine size, power and capabilities to the work at hand. The TL100EV, a newer electric addition introduced at ConExpo last March, further broadens the choices available to contractors. In addition, the TL100EV features the first commercially available remote-control machine for CNH, which brings a full range of functionality including control sensitivity, attachment
operation, and lights.
The TL170 delivers 43.5 gross horsepower and a rated operating capacity of up to 1,700 pounds at 35% of tipping load with the wide-track configuration. Standard auxiliary hydraulic flow is 13.2 gpm, with optional high-flow hydraulics delivering up to 21.1 gpm. At just 47.6 inches wide in its narrow-track configuration, the TL170 combines big capability with a compact footprint for working in tight spaces. The machine can be paired with a wide range of attachments and has the choice of full-size skid steer coupler face or CII, which expands its versatility across landscape, tree care and light construction applications. Be sure to check out the TL100EV and the new remote control at Equip Expo’s outdoor demo area.
CASE 121G is Built to Keep Working as the Seasons Change
CASE will also feature the recently launched updated model 121G compact wheel loader, which brings another versatile, right-sized option to contractors looking to keep their machines working across jobs and seasons.
Powered by a 64-horsepower engine, the 121G combines an 11,883-pound operating weight and 1.05-cubic-yard bucket with the maneuverability and attachment versatility contractors need for year-round work. Its hydrostatic transmission, proportional hydraulic auxiliary controls and SSL-compatible coupler make it easy to move material and transition between attachments and applications, from landscape and hardscape projects to snow removal. The 121G also puts added emphasis on the operator, with cab updates focused on improving visibility and the overall cab experience.
At Equip Expo, CASE will pair the 121G model with an Arctic Sectional Sno-Pusher™, putting its year-round versatility on display and showing how the right machine and attachment can keep contractors working long after dirt season ends.
“For landscape and hardscape businesses, versatility creates opportunity,” said Brady Lewis, CASE Product Manager for Wheel Loaders, Compact Wheel Loaders & Emerging Technology. “Pairing the right machine with the right attachment can help contractors take on more work, stay productive across seasons and get more value from their equipment. That’s what the CASE compact lineup is built to do — keep our customers working, growing and ready for whatever comes next.”
