CASE and Achelis Group Strengthen Customer Focus Through Dealer Training in Kenya
CASE Construction Equipment, in collaboration with its official dealer in Kenya, Achelis Group, recently conducted a comprehensive technical and commercial training program designed to elevate dealer expertise and customer engagement.
The multi-day training initiative combined hands-on machine experience with interactive classroom sessions, providing in-depth knowledge of key models, including backhoe loaders, excavators, and motor graders. A key component of the program was the use of STST, CASE’s digital product training platform, which enabled the team to explore machine features and functionalities in a simulated environment — even without turning the key.
This blended learning approach ensures that the Achelis team is better equipped to communicate the benefits of CASE equipment, deliver more informed recommendations, and support customers with confidence at every step of the sales process.
