Based in Stourbridge in the West Midlands, Pegasus Group was established in 2010 as a family-run business and has since grown to become one of the most trusted construction, recycling, and multi-utility contractor service providers in the region.
At the core of its operations, the integrated waste management and recycling division ensures a steady supply of high-grade aggregates and concrete to construction and utility projects across the region.
The Pegasus recycling centre in Stourbridge, processes around 75,000 tonnes of material per year. Waste that might previously have ended up in landfill is skilfully repurposed, promoting circular resource use with a clear focus on environmental responsibility. The company also manages the removal and processing of construction waste from projects, enabling them to manage resources and to meet their clients demands.
Talking about the business model as a whole Managing Director Tony Hall said, “A core part of the business specialises in end-to-end delivery for clients in the power, water, gas, and telecoms sectors. Pegasus offers a full-service model from excavation to reinstatement, supported by full logistical support through an innovative fleet of modern plant vehicles.
This integrated approach ensures efficiency, agility, and responsiveness across all project phases.
Over the years, Pegasus has grown steadily and successfully, expanding our fleet, services, and expertise to meet the increasing demands of the construction and infrastructure sectors.
While we have evolved into a larger organisation, we have remained true to our family roots, maintaining a personalised approach and ethical practices.
We lead by doing what is right, reducing waste, increasing recycling, and putting people and the environment first. The way we work defines the value we deliver”.
CASE machines are a dominant force at this business with a fleet of 14 CASE machines in total, comprising of 6 x hydraulic excavators: CX250E, CX210E (x2), CX210E-S, CX130E (x2), 6 x wheeled loaders: 921G XR, 921G (x2), 1121G, 721G XR, 621G XR, 2 x material handlers: CX290D (x2), 1 x backhoe loader: 695SV ST c/w hydraulic breaker and 1 x compact tracked loader: TV370B.
Commenting on their choice of machines Tony Hall said, “Each machine in our lineup is selected for its performance, reliability, and ability to add real value to our operators who run them on a daily basis.
Our carefully selected fleet empowers us to tackle a wide range of project demands with efficiency and precision. From detailed excavation work to heavy-duty material handling, our CASE machinery plays a key role in keeping operations productive, while giving our operators the reliable, high-performance tools they need”.
