HIGH FLOW OR ENHANCED HIGH FLOW

FEATURES:

  • Ships standard with high flow configuration, but the same model can be easily converted, at the dealership, for use on enhanced high flow (EHF) machines
  • Effectively grinds 4”-6” diameter material
  • Variable 2-speed motor automatically adjusts the motor displacement to maximize rotor speed and torque to changing material loads
  • Severe duty body construction features smooth top plate which easily sheds water and debris
  • Pin-on push bar with serrated ears adjusts to 3 positions to better direct material to feed the mulcher
  • On-board pressure gauge easily viewed from operators station to monitor system pressure
  • Bolt-on AR400 steel skid shoes reduce plowing of material for a more uniform final result
  • Hinged motor cover provides easy service access; no tools required
  • Drum-style rotor system features a smooth rotor surface, spiral tool pattern and innovative tooth/tool shape for smooth, efficient cutting
  • Comes standard with proprietary double-carbide teeth/tools; optional Samurai knife tooth/tool (available separately) creates finer and more consistent chip size
  • Optional hydraulic deflector door helps contain debris as well as achieve finer debris sizing

ENHANCED HIGH FLOW

FEATURES:

  • Designed to shred up to 8” diameter hardwood trees
  • Patented tooth design has a cross bar across the full width of tooth to help retain tooth in tooth holder
  • Reversible carbide teeth and claw teeth can easily be interchanged without the need of rebalancing the rotor
  • Carbide teeth are best in full land clearing situations in which all vegetation must be reduced to or below grade
  • Claw teeth provide high productivity and smaller chip size in applications that do not require reduction of tree stumps/woody stubs at or below grade, such as right-of-way maintenance
  • Both carbide and claw teeth are available in double-sided (reversible) sets for extended life
  • Rotor operates at 2,000 rpm and has four second recovery time from dead stall stop
  • 44 cutting hammers on the rotors can be changed with impact wrench in less than 45 minutes
  • On-board pressure gauge easily viewed from operators station to monitor system pressure
  • Deflector door helps control particle size and discharge direction
  • Replaceable abrasion resistant AR400 wear plate on skid shoes
  • Low profile design weighing 2,560 lbs.
  • Requires enhanced high flow auxiliary hydraulics
